What we collect
- Name, email, and phone number, when you book or contact us
- Shoe details and photos you submit through the booking or intake form
- Postal address, for services using our shipping option
- Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details ourselves
How we use it
We use your information to process your booking, communicate with you about your order, arrange shipping where relevant, and take payment via Stripe. We don't sell or share your information with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver the service (Stripe for payments, and couriers for postal shipping).
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as reasonably needed for business, accounting, and tax purposes, and delete personal details we no longer need on request.

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
